Amir Sarkhosh of Iran claimed a gold medal at the 2023 ACBS Snooker Championships 6R in Tehran.
He defeated Chau Hon Man from Hong Kong 6-2 in the final match.
President of the Asian Confederation of Billiard Sports (ACBS) Mohammed Salem Al Nuaimi along with Iran federation’s president, Hashem Eskandari, attended the match.
Sarkhosh defeated his Iraqi and Indian opponents with a score of 2-5 and 5-1 to advance to the final.
Earlier, Amir Sarkhosh claimed the champion at the 2022 Asian Snooker Championship in Doha, Qatar.
