FM Amir-Abdollahian leaves Muscat for Damascus

Heading a parliamentary political delegation, the Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian left Muscat for Damascus, the capital of Syria on Monday.

In the meeting of the Iranian top diplomat and the high-ranking officials of Syria, issues related to bilateral relations and regional developments, especially the Palestinian issue and the situation in Gaza, will be discussed.

The Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian and his accompanying delegation arrived at the Mucat, capital of Oman on Sunday.

Upon their arrival, the Iranian delegation was welcomed by the officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Sultanate of Oman, the ambassador and members of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

The bilateral relations between Iran and Oman, the implementation of the agreements between the two countries, and the developments in the region were among the topics that Amir-Abdollahian discussed with Omani officials during this visit.
