The American officials are thought to have masterminded a plot to conduct a heavy fatal strike on Gaza, like the one on Al-Ahli Hospital on Tuesday night, to avert an Israeli ground offensive on the enclave considering the heavy costs of such assault.
There is speculation that the Tuesday night’s deadly strike on Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital in Gaza has been conducted by the Zionist regime according to a plot masterminded by the Americans and led by the United States Central Command (CENTCOM).
Sources have told Tasnim that the American authorities, just like the Israeli leaders, have been shocked after the Hamas forces launched the Al-Aqsa Storm operation outside Gaza on October 7.
The US, however, has repeatedly warned the Israeli regime that a ground offensive against the Gaza Strip could prove costly for the Israeli army and officials.
According to the sources, the Americans masterminded a plan for a heavy deadly strike on a crowded target in Gaza in order to help the Israeli officials convince the domestic public opinion and subsequently compel the Zionist leaders to reconsider their decision about a ground assault on Gaza.
Accordingly, the Al-Ahli Hospital of Gaza, which accommodated a large crowd of Palestinians, was chosen as the target and bunker busters with great explosive power were used to attack the medical center.
Media reports indicate that at least 500 people, many of them women and children, have been killed in the strike on the hospital.
